A 2010 graduate of Ponaganset High School, Adam was a 3 sport athlete, competing in all 12 seasons throughout his high school career. Playing Football, Basketball, and Baseball each of his four years, Adam garnered numerous accolades and honors, both in the classroom and on the field and court. Upon graduating, Adam was a recipient of the Ideal Chieftain award, and was a part of both the National and Rhode Island Honor Societies, as well as the Spanish Honors Society, and was a 4 year mentor with the TOPS program (The Outreach Program for Sports).
In the Fall, Adam was a part of the football team, playing defensive back and wide receiver. Receiving All-Division awards in both junior and senior years, and All-State honors his Senior year. Adam was a key part of the only Undefeated Football Team in Ponaganset history; During the 2009 State Championship season, Adam lead the team in receiving yards and receiving touchdowns, and earned the Sportsmanship Award for the 2009-2010 academic year.
In the winter season, Adam led Ponaganset’s Basketball team his junior and senior years as captain, earning multiple all division awards, and being awarded the MVP award for both his Junior and Senior seasons.
In the Spring, Adam could be found at shortstop for Ponaganset’s Baseball team, where he had been starting since his sophomore year when he took over at second base before transitioning to SS. His baseball accolades were many, earning Second Team All Division his junior year, and First Team All Division his Senior Year, and being named the team MVP. Adam was also Division II’s nominee for the Brian Fell Award for baseball at the RI Coaches Association banquet.
Upon graduation, Adam attended Northeastern University, where he received both his Bachelors and Doctorate of Physical Therapy, graduating in 2016. Adam is currently the owner of a Physical Therapy and Training Clinic located in Boston, and lives with his wife Brea and his son Miles in Attleboro, MA.
